Our standard delivery service aims to have your items in your hands within 1-3 working days. These working days run from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be treated as though they were made on the following working day. Keep in mind that while we strive to meet these delivery times, they are guidelines and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.
Normally, everything showcased on our website is ready to ship from our warehouse. In the rare event that a product isn’t readily available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You’ll be promptly notified via email in such cases, and the relevant payment will be refunded according to our Payment Terms. If the out-of-stock item is part of a larger order, the other items will be dispatched as usual.
Our delivery services cover only Ireland. If you’re seeking delivery to another European country, please get in touch, and we’ll inform you about any additional shipping charges.
If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please reach out to us. Although we currently don’t offer a self-service tracking system, rest assured that if your order experiences a delay, we can personally track it and provide you with the relevant information.
